We protect your data

We strive to protect your data based on the Europea data privacy standards. Your data is stored on a server in Germany. We only collect and use your date to provide you with our Numigo lost and found services (Legal basis: Article 6b DSGVO). We save your name, address, email address, and optionally your phone number. This data is provided by you while using our services. We don't pass these data on to third parties, not even to someone who finds an item protected by Numigo. If you have purchased some of our products in the Numigo shop in the past (the shop is no longer available), then we have also stored the data about your purchases. Furthermore we store the Numigo identifiers plus any additional description provided by you about the items you have attached the identifiers to. All this data we don't pass on to others. And we only use them for providing your with our lost and found service.

Cookies, no Tracking

We use session cookies to process your login on our website and to allow to interact with the different features of our web site. Without these session cookies it would not be possible to carry out activities on our websites (beyond reading pages). We don't use cookies to identify you after logout. We don't track your interaction on this website and we don't store your IP address.

Your rights

You have all the rights on your data. You can delete your data on our site at all times by closing your account. This also results in a loss of functions and data, once you have closed your account, the data can not be retrieved any more. Concerning the storage period: We necessarily store your data as long as your account exists.
